Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx in compliance with all carrier and legal regulations.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional charge, with estimated delivery 2-4 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States. No international shipping is available.
No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required.
State-Specific Restrictions: Customers must comply with local laws regarding the purchase and receipt of blank ammunition.

Hazardous Materials Compliance

Blank ammunition is classified as hazardous materials and is shipped according to all federal, state, and carrier regulations
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before purchasing blank ammunition.

Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: If your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Buffaloblanks.craig@gmail.com
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, report it within 7 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return Eligibility: Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened products, partially used blanks, and custom orders are not eligible for returns.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or damaged during shipment.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
